The 'cell_name' has been removed in the following patches.

But 'device' option does not seem deprecated.
Needs more information.

This bug has been open as "Incomplete" status for about one and a half year without any activity.
I'm going to move it to "Won't Fix".
This bug can be reopened (set back to "New") if someone decides to work on this.
