nova lock command description rather terse

The nova lock command is described as 'locks the server'. It was not very clear what this option did.

From reading the code, it appears to refuse any modifications to the VM properties or state.

Unlock is also terse (but is clearly undoing whatever lock did :-)

Could the sentence describing lock be improved ?
