neutron-lbaas missing options in Help section in lbaas-*-update CLI

#High Level Description:
There is a lot of discrepancy observed in Neutron LBAAS CLIs between the Create and the Update options.
The following bug has been created to resolve the same.
#Pre-condition: Neutron LBaaS V2 extension enabled

#Expected Output : Possible options available for Create should also be available for Update in Neutron-Lbaas

#Environment: Ubuntu 14.04, Devstack All-In-One deployment, running LBaaS V2 with Octavia , FW

    Update help information for lbaasv2 CLIs

    Help information for lbaasV2 Update CLIs lack several options
    ( Refer bug#1515111 ). This patch adds all the options which
    are missing in the "neutron lbaas-*-update " CLIs
    Also updated is the --http-method for HealthMonitor,
    making it case in-sensitive.
    This also adds update of --default-pool for L7 support.
