Transient test failure

Bug Description

It happens rarely, but it does. A single test fails, I don't see in output which one it was. Attaching output for a installation that succeeds (all tests pass) and one that fails.

Not sure this is a problem in neutronclient, but rather in testing tooling.

I think you have a socket or similar non-file in a directory inside the tests discovery path. http://bugs.python.org/issue25320
