Error warning is not accurate when using wrong cmd line

Bug Description
when I use cmd like below:
$ neutron port-aaa xxxx --fixed-ips type=dict list=true ip_address=
Invalid command u'--fixed-ips'
obviously, the 'aaa' is not supported by port operation. but the notification points to the arg "--fixed-ips".
