[UI] There is no pagination in the "Categories" tab

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in Web UI
2. Navigate to "Murano" > "Manage" > "Categories"
3. Create for example 20 caterogies

Expected result:
Only first 20 items will be displayed, pagination will work

Actual result:
There is no pagination, all items are displayed on the one page (take a look at attached screenshot)

    Add category list pagination support

    Also sorting is added.
    Default sort is done by category name.

    Add category list pagination support

    Pagination was added to the 'Manage->Categories' page.

    For getting category list 'catalog/categories' is used
    everywhere. Before there were places where 'catalog/packages/categories' used.
    This call is deprecated.

    Also added handle of BadRequest error to common exception handler,
    so if invalid sort key is passed, dashboard will stay alive.
