package-create command works incorrectly

murano package-create command creates incorrect package

There is no mentioning, that name and descriptions are required.

Probably, we can change that to get name from FQN and generate description also. But package should be ready-to-upoload

the command works correctly.

If name and description are not specified they will be generated in current code
