umlaut handling in py-forward/backward-into-nomenclature

Bug Description

I'm using py-forward/backward-into-nomenclature instead of forward/backward-word, which works perfectly normall.

But when I have docstrings with (e.g.) umlauts in them, these functions let the point get "stuck" on the umlaut, and they don't go forward anymore.
