Bug Description

When I use sp-forward-slurp-sexp at the prompt in py-python-shell-mode it calls py-indent-and-forward which inserts an extra space at the beginning of the prompt which upsets the indentation and means the command wont execute properly.
I've attached a patch.

Thanks for report and patch.
As for the patch: can't apply patches immediately, because
python-mode.el is composed from components-branch, which has a different
file structure. Nonetheless all patches are much appreciated and helpful.

Changed in python-mode:
milestone: none → 6.2.3
assignee: nobody → Andreas Roehler (a-roehler)
importance: Undecided → Medium
status: New → Fix Committed
