[tests] Need to add test method 'wait execution success', otherwise tests are sensitive for time of execution

Bug Description
Now part of CLI tests check workflow execution: tests wait for 'SUCCESS' or 'ERROR' execution state.
After refactoring time of execution was increased and tests started fail.
Need to add special method that would wait for execution final state and only after that makes a check.
