branch stable/2023.1 api max version incorrect

Manilaclient branch stable/2023.1 api max version incorrect.
Now it set 2.75
(https://opendev.org/openstack/python-manilaclient/src/branch/stable/2023.1/manilaclient/api_versions.py)

but, Maximum micro version is 2.78 at 2023.1 branch in manila

Hi,

thank you for this bug report. The client can lag the server version; there should be no problem with this. Are you seeing an issue?

You should always be able to use a newer client (for example from stable/2024.1 release) with an older Manila service (for example from stable/2023.1 release)
