Bug Description
Expected workflow:
1) Force-deleting a share
$ manila force-delete share1 --wait
<CLI waits on the share to be deleted before returning to the prompt>
$ manila snapshot-
<CLI waits on the share snapshot to be deleted before returning to the prompt>
$ manila share-instance-
<CLI waits on the share instance to be deleted before returning to the prompt>
