[RFE] a "--wait" option for managing/unmanaging a share snapshot

Bug Description

Expected workflow:

1) Managing a snapshot
$ manila snapshot-manage share1 10.9.19.103:/share1/snapshot2930 --name mymanagedsnap --wait
<CLI waits until the snapshot is in "available" state before returning to the prompt>

2) Unmanaging a snapshot
$ manila snapshot-unmanage mymanagedsnap --wait
<CLI waits for the snapshot to disappear before returning to the prompt>
