Manilaclient functional tests job does not use manila's presets

It means, that all tweaks we use in manila CI jobs for any of the drivers are not used in manilaclient CI at all.
Currently it leads to random failures of manila client functional tests job where we run generic driver without any tweaks that are expected to run such as:
- using thin provisioning for Cinder LVM driver
- setting of volume quotas

    Run pre_test_hook.sh of manila in client's CI

    We do not use any presets defined in manila project for CI jobs.
    So, start using it. It will allow us to reduce random failures
    we face now.
