Bug Description
Using openstack coe cluster create with latest magnumclient you will recieve:
Unknown attributes for argument cluster: master_flavor_id, docker_volume_size, flavor_id (HTTP 400)
The reason is that uninitialised parameters are still passed to the API with value null from openstackclient integration of magnumclient.
Will provide a patch fixing that in a second.
