better support for branches in html_buglist and html_bug

Bug Description

It would be nice if python-launchpad-bugs could have a better support for bzr branches attached to a bugreport, this should be implemented in two steps:
1.) parsing icons in html-buglists
2.) parsing status, review state, merge request etc. out of html bugpages

In addition to parsing the icon for a bzr branch it'd also be useful to parse the privacy.
