Bug Description

The client and CLI don't support checking tokens, unlike the v2 API [1].

support for this was added to v3 in this commit: https://github.com/openstack/python-keystoneclient/commit/3e159f326421b401f5b51e7ec158fcfe79d8b3ba

and in v2 in this commit: https://github.com/openstack/python-keystoneclient/commit/08fd95de147675ad84d55bc53c142954f92d25da

if you want it exposed via a CLI (not sure why you would that), open a bug again openstackclient
