No handlers could be found for logger "keystoneclient.middleware.auth_token"

this module use standard logging module instead of openstack.common.logging, i suggest to use openstack.common.log because AFAIK many projects are using this module (at least neutron and keystone use it). so does other module in this project

at least we need add a handler to this module's logger, but i would not want to fix it in this way
