Add keyring support to the keystone client

Bug Description

Keystone client should use keyring if it is available in order to store passwords as well as caching tokens.

It looks like this ticket is complete.

Keyring is referenced as a dependency in python-keystoneclient's bug #1217120, and the keyring logic is implemented in keystoneclient/httpclient.py with the methods get_auth_ref_from_keyring and store_auth_ref_into_keyring, lines 422 and 540.
