Bug Description

The launcher is currently hard coded, this exposes it in the API.

This patch just exposes the construct as a string parameter.

I just merged a branch from the OpenStack CI team which adds this feature to python-jenkins (along with Windows slaves as well).

In that repository commit f39275bc from June 2012 add supports for launcher. It available in the release from pypi: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/python-jenkins
