Bug Description
The Kilo release of Ironic service did not allow deleting a Node while it was in a powered-on state.
When using the current client with such a server, and attempting to delete such a node, the client needlessly sends the delete request four times. This causes the CLI to block for about 10 seconds completely unnecessarily.
I will attach a debug log from the client with --max-retries=1 (for brevity).

That's a part of a bigger problem with our error 409 :( not sure if we're able to fix it, but we should keep it in mind
