client does not expose means to get ports for a given node

The API service exposes "GET /nodes/UUID/ports", but the client library doesn't implement this. It is needed by the Nova driver.

I want to implement it by adding new "node_id" option for current port-list command to filter the ports under one node, Devananda, how do you think?
