function returning unexpected result

In the gluon/objects/base.py file, the function get_by_parent_and_primary_key() has a confusing implementation. It has two duplicated lines which returning the primary key type of a db_model. Base on the function name, I would expect it to do something similar to the get_by_primary_key() function which return a db_model object.
