sshd disable banner

Bug Description

I have a machine running sshd though I would like to have the banner disabled. I
looked around and I notice that the only way to do so is to recompile the
package with a different version in the banner. I think that is worth it since
currently the banner gives out that the machine is running ubuntu and the
version of sshd.

This is already reported as http://bugs.debian.org/130876 and five other merged
bugs. There's also a relevant upstream bug:
http://bugzilla.mindrot.org/show_bug.cgi?id=764 (and one duplicate). I'm sure
you can appreciate that having yet another bug won't help. :-)

FWIW we aren't going to change the default behaviour, for reasons explained
throughout the Debian bug reports. If configurability is to be added, it will
have to be added upstream, because I have been bitten before by adding local
configuration options to Debian OpenSSH which upstream later proceeded to add
under a different name, thereby causing problems requiring permanent
compatibility patches.
