Bug Description

When using auth_v2 and OS_PROJECT_NAME, glance client returns an error if OS_PROJECT_DOMAIN_NAME/ID are not specified.

Note this bug only looks to be in newton

Reason: Since we cannot commit a fix directly to a stable branch and v2 is not going to be supported in future releases, there is no resolution to this other than abandoning I think.
