Can not filter images list with --property-filter with v1

Glanceclient version: master from 06.12.2016

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Create glance image
2. Run glance --os-image-api-version 1 image-list --property-filter status=active

EXPECTED RESULT:
Table with information about filtered images

ACTUAL RESULT:
Empty table

Hi Alina,

Glance API v1 is deprecated and we're not fixing the API or client interactions with it. Further, your paste shows that you're using `--property-filter status=in:active` but your bug report says `status=active`. Which are you actually testing with?

Associated patch was abandoned. Additionally, glanceclient v1 support will be eliminated during the Stein development cycle, so there doesn't seem to be much point in fixing this.
