Bug Description

It seems that some changes in python-glanceclient 2.0.0 doesn't honor the glance region (though it looks like this may be added back in in master).

Maybe pip could be updated (or new tag?) so that this is easily pullable.

Ah while not truly a duplicate of https://bugs.launchpad.net/python-glanceclient/+bug/1579768 the fix for that does in fact fix this. Verified with:

pip install -U git+https://github.com/openstack/python-glanceclient.git
