--debug flag does not appear to be working with python-glanceclient ubuntu package 1:2.0.0-2~cloud0

Hi Matt,

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and making Ubuntu and OpenStack better. This is also not working with upstream python-glanceclient 2.0.0 so I'm going to target this bug at upstream as well.

It seems that this has been fixed on master. Possibly with this patch: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/299346/
