--os-region-name is completely ignored

Bug Description

with python-glanceclient==2.0.0 --os-region-name does not work at all
with multiregion enabled, whether I export OS_REGION_NAME or set --os-region-name or use both, a "glance image-list" commands always hits one unique region and never the specified one.
I can even launch "glance --os-region-name SomeNonseNonMatchingRubish image-list" and it still lists images from the same and unique region.

Would https://bugs.launchpad.net/python-glanceclient/+bug/1563830 be related or not? seems like some glance options are just not parsed.

Unfortunately, I don't have multi-region devstack installation at the current moment. I proposed the patche here:

Is it possible to fix that?
