glance member-list help shows 'image-id' as optional parameter

glance member-list help shows 'image-id' as optional parameter but 'image-id' is actually required as can be seen from
the command output.

output of glance help for member list:

$ glance help member-list

usage: glance member-list --image-id <IMAGE_ID>

Describe sharing permissions by image.

Optional arguments:
  --image-id <IMAGE_ID>
                        Image to display members of.

output of list the glance member without image-id

$ glance member-list

usage: glance member-list --image-id <IMAGE_ID>
glance member-list: error: argument --image-id is required

This seems to be targeted at v1 and a specific command, when this is a broader issue. I am going to close this in favor of https://bugs.launchpad.net/python-glanceclient/+bug/1933390.
