Update set of wanted commands in read-only test

Update set of wanted commands in test_readonly_glance.py in test_help().

Current set:
set(('image-create', 'image-delete', 'help',
                               'image-download', 'image-show', 'image-update',
                               'member-create', 'member-delete',
                               'member-list', 'image-list', 'image-deactivate',
                               'image-reactivate'))

Now glance supports more various subcommands with os-image-api-version 2.

This issue was fixed in the openstack/python-glanceclient 2.0.0 release.

As Doug noted, this was fixed long ago in 2.0. Updating teh status to reflect exactly that.
