Read-only parameters exposed in v2 shell for *-create commands

In image-create command there are read-only parameters listed in help. It's visible only in v2 shell. For example:

  --created-at <CREATED_AT>
                        Date and time of image registration (READ-ONLY)

  --updated-at <UPDATED_AT>
                        Date and time of the last image modification (READ-
                        ONLY)

I think that read-only parameters should be hidden from user in create and update commands.

    Remove readonly options from v2 shell commands

    This commit is removing the read-only properties from shell options to
    prevent user from doing invalid requests using the client.
