Bug Description

Should be self-explanatory. I can't import or export a zone using python-designateclient.

I want `openstack zone import` and `openstack zone export` commands.

    Implement zone export

    Zone export commands (create, list, show, delete, showfile)
    are missing from the python-designateclient.

    This change includes implementation, as well as unit tests
    and functionaltests.
