Table formatter prints a newline if there is nothing to show

Bug Description

If TableFormatter prints nothing, it appends newline to output. There is no need to do this.
For example:
(cliffenv)test@ubuntu1:~/cliff/demoapp/test$ cliffdemo files

(cliffenv)test@ubuntu1:~/cliff/demoapp/test$
