Bug Description
There's no summary/list view for qos-specs to indicate they're type associations. We should either look at adding a "Type-Associations" column to the qos-list output, or add a qos-list-

Should the information be available in qos-list? because it is much easier to add that information in type-list (because of the DB table).
should it be available for v1 and v2?
It seems a not so small change, perhaps a blueprint?
