Bug Description
Currently the reset-state command in the client only handles the main volume status column. Attach and Migrate status are also available options that should be exposed.

Hi John,
Volumes also have ['attaching', 'in-use', 'detaching] states as specified in api. These states are not available when we run "cinder help reset-state". I think this should be added. Should i file a new bug or fix in this already logged bug as a partial-fix.
