Bug Description

"barbican help order" asks for authentication parameters.

stack@devstack:~/commit/barbican$ barbican help order
ERROR: please specify authentication credentials

It should not ask authentication parameters in help command.

I can't seem to recreate the problem:

stack@devstack-VirtualBox:/opt/stack$ barbican help order
Unknown command ['order']

stack@devstack-VirtualBox:/opt/stack$ barbican help secret order
Command "secret" matches:
  secret container create
  secret container delete
  secret container get
  secret container list
  secret delete
  secret get
  secret list
  secret order create
  secret order delete
  secret order get
  secret order list
  secret store
  secret update
