Bug Description
Trying on current master:
$ barbican order list
type object 'Order' has no attribute '_list_objects'
Some refactoring removed the ability to list orders, given that they have different types. We may need to add generic fields to list them on the same table.

Fix order listing on the command line.
This makes the 2 different orders have the same fields displayed, so
that we can list them in the same table.
