Bug Description

So I finally have the tests running during the Debian/Ubuntu package build:

http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~pyskein/pyskein/packaging/view/head:/debian/rules

It's a bit hacky, but it works, aside from one issue: test/test_skein.py assumes that the current working directory is test/, which it really shouldn't.

To work around this, I'm carrying the following patch in debian/patches/:

http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~pyskein/pyskein/packaging/view/head:/debian/patches/run-tests-in-tree.patch

It would be great if this fix could be included in a future upstream release :)
