Thanks for helping me to make PyShare better.
In case of imageshack it looks like they've changed an API and PyShare needs uploader update.
In case of Twitpic it looks like you provided invalid Twitter username or password

Unfortunately I probably will not have a chance to do anything about imageshack in short term. If someone is willing to fix it, change is needed in file PyShare/plugins/Imageshack_us.py to reflect new API http://code.google.com/p/imageshackapi/
