Bug Description
There are a bunch of programs needed for the platform integration. E.g mozRepl, xsel. If these aren't available (and their features are requested), sgp fails. If sgp doesn't depend on these, it should fallback gracefully when a component isn't available. A warning is acceptable to let the user know why a requested feature has not been used.
