Bug Description
Static extension resources are not packaged because the package keyword is not set. The resources should also be renamed like the appui's resources are. Add the PythonCommunity( or whatever it is set to ) to the beginning of the filename and add preprocessor code to set the correct includename in the C++ code. This is needed to avoid conflicts with other uikludges installations.
Currently there is only uikludges.rsc affected. You can check this by looking at gcce_urel\packages folder. There are the shell and core python package folders and also resources folder containing the unpackaged resources(and that ain't good).
