'applications' argument is space separated

This is confusing since all other arguments are comma separated plus space separation requires extra quotes (") around the value.
Same goes for the capabilities because of the '+' separation. But it is more acceptable because the '+' character has been used previously by other Symbian tools and it could be used to create capability value like ALL-TCB. But "remove_caps" argument makes that feature redundant already! So we should use either commas or get rid of "remove_caps".
