Add countdown time so students can be given specified minutes to complete quiz

I want to be able to set a time limit for students taking a quiz. For example, I'd like to be able to specify 5 minutes or 3 minutes to take a quiz. When an individual student starts the quiz, they will see a countdown timer indicating how much time they have left.

It may be a good idea to add a screen with a start button telling them they will have 5 minutes from the time the click "Start".

Was this really implemented? I don't see it in trunk?

In a manner. I think this was switched to 'fix committed' in error, however
teachers now can specify start and end times, and the quiz won't be
accepted if submitted after the end time. There is no countdown though.
