Authserv_Id and hostname

Bug Description

In some software as OpenDKIM, OpenDMARC the Authserv_Id can be configured dynamically on hostname value.
The

   Authserv_Id = HOSTNAME

means that the "HOSTNAME" string must be replaced with the real hostname.

I would propose this patch, for version 1.3.2, Python 2.7.5 on RHEL7. It works for me.

Seems reasonable in principle. This would need documentation changes as well. If you can provide an expanded patch to add that it would be great and increase the likelihood this gets into the next release.
