cant use '-' options launcher-cli

Bug Description
When using launcher-cli if you pass an argument with '-' eg:
launcher-cli -p /home/matio/
it throws an error because a is '' (nothing, whitespace).
If you use "--" eg
launcher-cli -path=/
it works
