doesn't recognize image files if extensions in uppercase

Bug Description
Some cameras have the (annoying) habit of getting there images imported with file-names in all upper-case.
Eg: 'IMG_1223.JPG'.
pypicslideshow doesn't recognize these as jpeg files. It does if we rename them to lower-case.
