OpenSSL.test.test_crypto.X509ExtTests.test_invalid_extension aborts with "Fatal Python error: UNREF invalid object" on debug build of Python

Bug Description

Trial output is roughly this:

OpenSSL.test.test_crypto
  X509ExtTests
test_invalid_extension ... Fatal Python error: UNREF invalid object
Aborted

A non-debug build of Python doesn't perform this check and this test seems to generally pass. However, while working on the memory bio branch, one of the new tests introduced there segfaults when the above mentioned test is allowed to run along with it.
