Bug Description

I've put together a build of lockfile for conda-forge (https://github.com/conda-forge/staged-recipes/pull/1542/commits). It would be good to include a hard link to the license file, but doing so requires a MANIFEST.in that explicitly includes the license with the source distribution. Would y'all consider adding a MANIFEST.in with the license?

pylockfile has been retired. We won't be making any more updates to it. See the fasteners library for a supported alternative.
