Hi! Libravatar is a wonderful project. Thank you for it.
It would be nice if the test suite, Makefile, and a file containing the full text of the license could be shipped with the tarball uploaded to PyPI. I'm packaging pyLibravatar for Fedora, and while those things aren't blockers, they are nice to have. We like to re-run the test suite every time we package a new version for just a little extra assurance that things won't break. (It also helps with things like packaging a future python3 subpackage some day).
